HuanShan was established in 1978, formerly known as Ningbo Hydraulic Lifter Factory. In August 2020, it was transformed and upgraded to Ningbo Huanshan Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. The company is located in Cicheng Town, a thousand-year-old town in Ningbo City, Zhejiang China. And it’s 2kms away from Cicheng Highway intersection and 60kms from Ningbo Port.

The factory covers an area of about 5600㎡, the construction area of the production plant is about 3500㎡, with four production workshops, the main production equipment includes more than 60 sets of machining centers, CNC lathes, turning, milling, planning, grinding, boring, welding, etc., and more than 10 testing equipment. Now we’re with around 100 employees.

Since 1986, our products have successively obtained technical appraisal certificates in various railway bureaus. In 2002, we were included in the “China Railway Construction Equipment Manual” by the China Railway Enterprise Management Association. We’re many times invited by Ministry of Railway Academy of Sciences to participate the examination and approval meeting of “General Technical Conditions of Hydraulic Track Lifters” and “General Technical Conditions for Hydraulic Lifters”.

In 2017, we participated in the review work of the China Academy of Railway Sciences on the railway industry standard “Railway Small Track Maintenance Machinery Hydraulic Track Lifter and Hydraulic Square Sleeper”. At the same time, we also participated the document review of “CRCC Product Certification Implementation Rules” with China Railway Inspection and Certification Center.

In 2013, the Railway Guard Shifter won the fourth prize of the "Shanghai Railway Bureau Science and Technology Progress Award" issued by the Shanghai Railway Bureau. In 2017, the NQG-5.8II Internal Combustion Rail Cutting Machine and the NZG-31 Internal Combustion Rail Drilling Machine won the third prize of the "Shanghai Railway Bureau Science and Technology Progress Award" issued by the Bureau.

At present, we mainly produce railway track maintenance equipment Among which railway track maintenance equipment includes hydraulic equipment series such as Hydraulic Track Lifter, Track lining machine, Internal combustion equipment series such as Internal Combustion Rail Cutting Machine, Internal Combustion Drilling Machine, Internal Combustion Bolt Wrench, Internal Combustion Tamping Pick, etc. And we have commonly used tools dedicated to railways, such as Track Flat Cars, Rail Trolleys, Rail Hangers, etc.

Our company owns the registered trademark of “环铁”. The company sells to various railway bureaus, engineering bureaus, mines and ports across the country through on-site sales outlets and railway material procurement business platforms. It is widely used in major railways and high-speed railways across the country.

The main line has greatly improved the construction efficiency and construction quality of the construction unit, and is well received by the majority of users. Foreign trade export hardware products include metal shells, wood splitters, auto parts connectors, etc. The products are exported to Europe, America etc. The products are of high quality and leading technology, and have a good reputation in the industry.
