AVIC International Holding Corporation (AVIC INTL) is a global shareholding enterprise affiliated with the Aviation Industry Corporation of China.

The main business involves: International Aviation Technology Cooperation and Operation, Support, Development and Overseas Livelihood Projects.

The corporation owns six domestic and overseas public companies and has established branches in sixty countries and regions.

In the overseas public service segment, AVIC INTL has been developing several mega projects in Egypt since 1990s. 10th of Ramadan Railway Project (LRT) is an electrified regional mass rail transit system connecting Cairo to New Administrative Capital and the 10th of Ramadan City. An initial 70 km route in phase 1 and 2 consisting of 12 stations was inaugurated on 3 July 2022. The LRT project is constructed and maintaining by AVIC INTL, and it is one of the flagship projects of China-Egypt “Belt and Road” cooperation.
